By joining Celestial Union, a Private Membership Association and/or any website or Social Media Group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by the Association, you agree to the terms and conditions of Celestial Union Agreement as follows. This Private Membership Agreement hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”, is entered into and made effective as of the date of enrollment, by and between you, the “Member”, and Celestial Union (CU) and Anna Celeste Owens Blake (Celeste), acting as a teacher, consultant, guide, mystic, and coach; Celestial Union (Association) and Member may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”; Hereinafter, "you" and other third-person pronouns will refer to Member and “we” will refer to the Parties; Purpose and Mission Whereas, Celestial Union is designed for the following purposes: Sharing information, knowledge, teachings, wisdom, insight, reflection, assessment, consultation, rituals, ceremonies, practices, energy work, activations, product, transmissions and coaching, in benevolent service for healing, wholeness, harnessing and knowing ourselves and others' energy more deeply; and in benevolent service to the evolving consciousness; in benevolent service of providing space of love and acceptance; in benevolent service to explore ancient wisdoms; in benevolent service to explore the soul's will and purpose, in benevolent service to open our heart souls; in benevolent service to align the body, mind, soul for holistic wellness. Agreement Whereas, Member would like to join Celestial Union and acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions listed herein; Now, therefore in consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein, as well as good and valuable consideration of the fee exchanged for enrollment in any offering of Celestial Union, the Parties do agree as follows: This Agreement forms a binding agreement, in alignment with Natural Law, between Member and Celestial Union and governs the Member's access and use of the Membership Services and physical facilities, wherever we may gather. This Association of members declares that our objective is to allow the Private Membership Association founders and all Private Membership Association members with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with the Association and with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution to conduct business in private and to provide a platform for members to conduct business in the private domain under all protections acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution of the UNITED STATES, and any previous protections guaranteed. This Agreement also covers CU's provision of services (the "Membership Services”); . Membership Services In the container of Celestial Union we recognize and honor free will choice, self-responsibility, and that healing comes from within. We recognize and honor the control over own health of the body, mind and spirit and rights. Entering into this agreement, you claim to manage your energy, mental health, physical well-being and finances how you choose; You agree to take full responsibility for the choices you make regardless of any information Celestial Union provides or omits; This path offers an opportunity to deepen your intuition within yourself and with the natural forces around you. This is an opportunity to open your heart, center your energy, and acknowledge your soul's will. You acknowledge the relational nature of this path and the benefits of ongoing engagement. You agree to monitor your processes and progress, and consult with Celeste as you feel needed. You understand that Celeste provides information, energy work, ritual, ceremony, massage, yoga nidra, yoga, kambo, sound healing, retreats, consulting and coaching in the capacity of a fellow member of CU and not in the capacity of a licensed health care provider, therapist, massage therapist, tour agent, or financial advisor; The Membership Services provided by the Association are as follows: Access to obtain sessions, access to private social media, access to obtain products, and access to join retreats; Offerings are facilitated by Celeste and guest teachers and consultants; The Membership Services specifically include the ability and responsibility of CU to deal with third parties, including collaborators, guest teachers, guest guides, and guest consultants; Member agrees to hold CU, its teachers, consultants, guides, facilitators, coaches, and members harmless from any damage, tangible or intangible, that may happen to Member while participating in the membership services; Member agrees that CU is offering a space for member to work through their process of healing only, and takes full responsibility for choices they make with the information and tools provided; Member agrees to hold Celestial Union and Celeste harmless against all liability for any damages that may occur to Member or others because of Member's actions or inactions; Member agrees that CU offers its membership and services with no guarantee of results of any kind; Member agrees that any results that occur during their membership, whether positive or negative, are the effects of Member's own personal choices; Member agrees that you do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate or approve products or services, the practice of medicine, therapy, or law, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation; Member agrees to keep materials in confidence, and not to share any recordings, templates, and PDFs outside of Celestial Union PMA membership; Member agrees that all exchanges are final, unless specifically stated otherwise; Member agrees and verifies that all of the information they have given Celestial Union and its representatives is accurate, up to date, and without omission of any requested information. You understand that, since The Association is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities; Concerning any and all complaints or grievances against The Association members or guest teachers or facilitators: All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee, committee, or council and will be waived by the member for the benefit of The Association and its members; By agreeing to this membership you agree that you have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action you want to take for yourself; You fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of the Association, unless that member has exposed you to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association; This Membership shall continue until terminated in writing by either Party, or upon the death of the Member, the liquidation, dissolution or discontinuance of the Association by the Association in any manner, or the filing of any petition by or against the Association; You understand that you can withdraw from this agreement and terminate membership in this association at any time by returning any and all educational materials provided by Celestial Union with your written termination, and that membership can and will be revoked if you engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other member of the Association; Confirmation You affirm that you are of age, capable of managing your own affairs, and may lawfully consent to and enter into this Agreement, and that you choose to enter into this agreement of your own free will, without any pressure or coercion from anyone; You have read and understood this document, and any questions have been answered to your satisfaction; By checking the box and submitting compensation to enroll in any offering of Celestial Union, you confirm your membership in the Private Membership Association.
