Personal space is held to focus on your unique energy and needs. Ancient Egyptian healing rituals of the Massage of the Ba and foot bath typically begins the weekend to guide the direction of your immersion. This awakens your energy system and provide clues into the needed direction for the retreat.
Nature will be your greatest teacher along with 1:1 support. You may choose to spend more time alone in nature or participate in tools of energy work, yoga, breathwork, kambo, acient wisdom teachings, meditation, yoga nidra (guided journey), ritual, and sound bath. Each retreat will be different based on your flow and needs in that particular time.

This is an immersion into personal transformation. As we connect with nature and the tools, we are able to assist ourselves to a higher receptivity to ancient healing energies. We allow the energies to work on us, through us. This is an immersion away from the distorted mind and bring us into our hearts and spirits. We come to right relation with our mind, the Ka (the shadow body) and the Ba (the light body). We are reconnecting with the union of ourselves which is the union of nature and creation. We are connecting back into the core of life, revitalizing a spark within ourselves. Allowing us to open our hearts to become one with truth.

Both locations you will immerse with yourself and disconnect from outside distractions. It is a time to explore with nature and find the natural energies within as well.

The gods and goddess of Ancient Egypt (Neteru) are representations of natural forces. As we align with nature, we align with ourselves and others.
Ancient Egypt was highly aligned with the natural way of life. They took time to study the animals, plants, and cosmos. Mainly shown as humans with animal traits, these associations help us understand ourselves, friends, family, even forgive our enemies. Once we understand these energies are within us, we learn how to harness and accept parts of ourselves and within others. The stories of the Neters help us understand how the energers work and show how we can apply them to our own life.

No! We can do as little or as much physical practice as you would like. These are 100% tailored to our discussion call before hand. During the retreat, I would encourage a morning practice of either meditation, breathwork, ritual or asana (movement) where you would be guided.

No! There is no prior knowledge needed to join these retreats. You can choose to learn as little or as much as you would like to about these energies while you are here. We can choose to work with one energy or multiple energies based on what feels best for your journey. These energies of Ancient Egypt are representations of natural forces in everyday life. Therefore, it is already in your life, just in a different format. These mythos are used because it helps pull back and give us a frame of referance for our own internal system.
