Yogic Practices
“To journey in the depths of yoga is to journey into the depths of union in all”
When yoga is taught by Celeste, no matter the style of yoga, the emphasis is on how to connect to your inner harmony, and as a result your outer world will reflect as well. Yoga practices provide a variety of benefits of removing obstacles and allowing you to connect with your inner light. Yoga is a beautiful practice to learn your soul’s journey. It can be in the form of physical movement asana, breathwork pranayama, meditation, and journeying.
Each style reflects a different way to come to this union in Self. Review the offerings below to see which feels best for you at this time, or hop on a 15 minute call to discuss what options are best for you.
Yoga Offerings
-
Ancient Egyptian Yoga
These are the postures of the pharaohs. Each posture is specifically detailed in order to receive different types of energies. There are few poses but long holds in order to deeply feel the shift in energy. Long deep breathing for all poses. See Ancient Egyptian Healing.
-
Intuitive Yoga
This is channeled from Celeste to fit your particular needs. It not only involves what is divinely given to Celeste, but to you as well. It allows you to begin to follow your own spirit and trust yourself more deeply. This can be asana movement, breathwork, and meditation. Discuss how to become more intuitive here.
-
Kundalini
Work with the kundalini energy at the base of your spine to awake to true Self. Kundalini is often directed towards a theme, an emotion, or a physical body part. Kundalini is a play of kriya (complete action) utilizing movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), energic locks (bandhas) and mantra. It plays the balance of effort and surrender leading into deep relaxation. When working with a certain goal, the best results is to do the same practice as a Sadhana for 40 days. This helps break patterning within the body and mind. You can continue even longer for repatterning and mastery. In working together, practices could include some days together and some apart after the kriya is learned with check-ins frequently. However, Kundalini can be taught in a more studio style, meaning a different topic each time. Connect on your needs here.
-
Yoga Nidra
After gentle movement to ready your body, you will lay in savasana while you are guided to a state of yoga nidra, or yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra promotes removal of blockages that are obstacles to your true state of union and bliss. When tailored, it is extremely powerful at digging into root issues and repatterning the brain. A consultation will be needed beforehand to tailor the experience.
-
Vinyasa
For a whole body experience that promotes harmony between flexibility and strength. Vinyasa is meant to deepen your body for deeper work whether that is just taking your opened energy into your daily life or finding a meditative state. Practice may include yoga (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. Type, difficulty, and speed can be adjusted for your own needs and discuss together here.
-
Hatha
