Nervous System Alignment

Finding Relief and Repair

Journey to Connection

Living with a nervous system disease can be incredibly challenging. You might feel fatigue, depletion, frustrations, brain fog, dizziness, stress, states of fight or flight, sweating, shortness of breath, quickly heightened heart rate, and so many other symptoms. Not to mention how the dysregulation of your nervous system effects all the other symptoms of our body and triggers deregulation in them as well. Celestial Union’s founder Celeste felt this way since a child living with migraines, POTS, and Fibromyalgia. However, after many different ancient practices came into her life, she learn to use different tools to regulate her symptoms and find freedom in my body, mind, and spirit. Sharing in this wisdom, whether in person or virtually, Celestial Union helps to lessen some of these challenges in your own body and set yourself up to regulate in your own system.

Since living with a nervous system disease shows up differently in every person, no one thing is correct for everyone. For some, having weeks of Yoga Nidra might be most suitable, another might have best results with Kambo treatments, while other might want to have a mentorship to keep accountable and have access to a variety of tools, rituals, and practices. That is why starting with a call is important to see what types of healing modalities feel right for you. All offerings from Celestial Union are focused around the nervous system coming into alignment, so all have the ability to bring some peace to your system.

Beginning Steps to Nervous System Health

Aligning the nervous system involves dedication to yourself and a steady practice. However, it doesn’t need to be any more difficult than the pain you are already suffering from. In my own journey to heal myself, I started out with a few tools from yoga that gradually expanded as my body softened into surrender. Watch this video for two breathing techniques and a yoga pose that can begin to help you feel more in alignment. I give specific examples of when to use these breaths especially for those suffering from POTS.

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
