Understanding different energies allows us to open blockages that have arisen in ourselves and helps us to see more clearly the poisons that have been injected throughout our lifetime. Our true nature is love, and anything that rips us from this truth is the blockages we seek to remove. Contemplation on these natural energies help us bring balance and renewal of our true Self.

Space is held for 3 people at a time to provide personalized attention into your unique energy and needs. Ancient Egyptian healing rituals of the Massage of the Ba and foot bath will begin the weekend to guide the direction of your immersion. These are done 1:1 to energetically open you up and provide clues into the direction for the weekend.

Nature will be your greatest teacher along with 1:1 support. You may choose to spend more time alone in nature or join in any of the potential tools of energy work, yoga, breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra (guided journey), ritual, herbs, and sound bath. Each retreat will be different based on your flow and needs in that particular time.

As we connect with breathwork, meditation, ritual, and movement within our body and energetic system through yogic practices, we are able to assist ourselves to a higher receptivity to these ancient healing energies. We allow the energies to work on us, through us. This is an immersion away from the distorted mind and bring us into our hearts and spirits. We come to right relation with our mind, the Ka (the shadow body) and the Ba (the light body). We are reconnecting with the union of ourselves which is the union of nature and creation. We are connecting back into the core of life, revitalizing a spark within ourselves. Allowing us to open our hearts to become one with truth.

These yogic practices are only able to work within you as much as you allow. This retreat is a practice of surrender to union.

    In order to immerse with yourself and disconnect from outside distractions, you will be separate from other participants and only interact in times of learning or participating in activities that feel aligned for each other. It is a time to explore with nature and find the natural energies within as well. The 4 days will flow as you and Celeste feel best aligned. There is a general schedule with the flexibility to flow as needed for your optimal experience.

Mainly shown as humans with animal traits, these associations help us understand ourselves, friends, family, even forgive our enemies. Once we understand these energies are within us, we learn how to harness and accept parts of ourselves and within others. The stories of the Neters help us understand how the energers work and show how we can apply them to our own life.
